CLASS SCHEDULE:
Free class: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM every Saturday

Morning Class: 6:00 AM - 6:45 AM 3 days a week on a rotating
schedule
Evening Class: 5:45 PM - 6:30 PM Monday - Friday

OPEN HOURS:
Monday -Friday

7:30 AM - 1:30 PM & 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Note: Latest workout must start 15 minutes prior to closing time.
